This intriguing Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from the modern, Ailsa Bay distillery, scientifically blends smoky peat flavours with sweetness. Uniquely packaged, this looks good on any shelf or bar.

Ailsa Bay – part of William Grant – use precision distillation to blend 22 parts per million of peatiness with 19 parts of ‘sweetness’ in a method unique to their distillery. Use of small 75-100 litre barrels for the initial maturation period accelerates the whisky’s ageing, to bring it to readiness more quickly.
