Brugal’s spirit is exceptionally light, clean and pure. It has been carefully designed to our Maestros Roneros exact specifications, allowing the flavours from our exceptional casks to take centre stage. The spirit has been specifically crafted to unlock the best flavours from casks during ageing.
Up to 85% of flavour comes from cask ageing and this is why casks are at the heart of production. Using the finest possible casks, including ex-Oloroso sherry casks, as only the highest quality can develop the right flavours. To support local producers and maintain exceptionally high quality and consistent flavour profile, they use 100% Dominican ingredients.
