Cambridge Distillery Mini Pack: Dry, Curators, Elderflower Gin Liqueur

William Lowe MW – the world’s first Master Distiller and Master of Wine – and his wife Lucy were inspired by walks through Cambridge meadows to make gins capturing English seasons. Each botanical is separately vacuum-distilled to capture its flavour precisely. This innovation extends into exploration of novel botanicals such as white truffle and ants, with Cambridge Distillery being thrice awarded most innovative distillery in the world.

This attractive 3-pack of 5cl miniatures gives a snapshot taste of the distillery, with their classic Cambridge Dry Gin, showing the bright aromas of an English garden, Curator’s Gin using botanicals from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens, and their sweet, floral, Elderflower Gin Liqueur.

Three Seasons is their new creation, capturing the aromas and flavours of an English garden in spring, summer and autumn. The three seasons emerge across the palate with a burst of verdant spring lemon verbena aromatics supported by the warmth of summer rose, and finishing with the rich, autumnal notes of blackcurrant leaf.
