Since 2006 in Bötzingen am Kaiserstuhl, Baden, a small village in one of Germany’s finest wine regions, Florian Faude has followed his passion without compromise. A trained winemaker he swapped vineyards for the orchards, researched old fruit varieties to produce “Schnaps”. Faude’s fruit brandies, spirits and liqueurs are the product of using the highest quality fruits and herbs available and pay homage in a bottle to the aromas and essence they have to offer.
