Florian André La Belle Etoile Rose

This organic Rosé wine originates from the Southern Rhône in France and is comprised of Cinsault (50%), Syrah (25%) and Grenache (25%) grapes. The vineyards are located in a flat plain bathed by sunshine, covered with limestone over clay soil and swept by the mistral winds. These hand-harvested grapes undergo cold maceration and then fermentation at low temperatures with indigenous yeasts, allowing them to tenderly evolve into their fruity flavours before ageing in stainless steel tanks. Blessed with the name “beautiful star” by a missionary priest of the Manissy Brotherhood, this exquisite grape variety is grown organically on Vineyards owned by wine-maker Florian André’s mother.
