Located in South Burgundy, the large Mâcon-Villages Appellation covers 3,000 ha covering 43 villages. Georges Burrier Mâcon-Villages mostly comes from Fuissé, Vergisson and Solutré-Pouilly villages, more well known for their Pouilly-Fuissé production. Smaller in size, these vineyards lie on steep, clay and limestone terroirs next to the Pouilly-Appellation.
