Highland Park 12yr

The legendary 12 Year Old single malt whisky is spicy and well-rounded, laden with the flavours of sun-kissed Seville oranges and rich fruitcake laced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. It is mostly aged in European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks. Waves of heathery peat smoke in this whisky taste like molten heather honey.

Since 1798, Highland Park has produced their acclaimed whisky in the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney. Their whisky is defined by age, experience, and adherence to tradition, but Orkney is what makes it unique. The outcome is the whisky’s crazy harmony of flavour, which is the work of some sort of wizardry.
