This very intriguing release from Velier, of Jamaican pot still rum, was distilled at the Long Pond distillery and is a recreation of the STC♥E marque (Simon Thompson Cambridge Estate). You can expect vibrant and funky aromatic fruits, complex spices and oily caramel.
