Papalin is a very exciting Haitian bottling from Velier, bringing together pot still rums from five of their distilleries: Sajous, Vaval, Casimir, Distillerie de Port-au-Prince and Le Rocher. Expect to find fire-grilled pineapple, tobacco and spicy aromatics on the palate.
