Rhum J.M Fumée Volcanique is produced with sugar cane harvested from the rich volcanic soils of Martinique, pressed, fermented and then distilled in column still. Left to age between 1 and 2 years in heavily charred ex bourbon barrels producing a powerful rhum at 49% abv with a smoky character.
