Inspired by the famous Salcombe Fruiters maritime trading routes, Salcombe Gin is lovingly hand crafted on a beautiful copper still at one of the only distilleries in the world directly accessible by boat.

Launched in 2016 by friends Angus Lugsdin and Howard Davies who met teaching sailing in their teenage years, Salcombe Gin was born from a love of the sea and a spirit of adventure.

With an uncompromising approach to quality and an unrivalled attention to detail, Salcombe Gin has rapidly gained an enviable reputation amongst trade and consumers alike.

Located in Salcombe, overlooking the water, the purpose-built boathouse distillery is open year-round to visitors who are able to watch the distillation process whilst enjoying a Salcombe & Tonic.

Tasting Notes: Harmonious balance of fresh citrus, juniper and warming spice on the nose. Rich, full and incredibly smooth on the palate, with a touch of earthy sweetness from liquorice and angelica root.

The finish is fresh, lingering and balanced, lengthened by green cardamom. A truly exceptional gin.
