Matured initially for 14 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The liquid is then split with a proportion of the liquid remaining in the American white oak and the remainder transferred to 30 year old Gonzalez
Byass: Matusalem oloroso sherry butts for a further four years before they are reunited to harmonise the flavours
Aroma: Vanilla, dark chocolate, orange and cinnamon
Palate: Dark chocolate, candied citrus fruits, rich coffee, nutmeg and cloves
Finish: Citrus fruit, oak and spice
